The Walter Series – They just don’t quit multiplying!
My leap into powder-coated aluminum oversized seriously whimsical animals began one week in 2009 with “Walter, Going Down”. From pencil drawing to cardboard template to hand cutting the aluminum plate, to powder-coating, a rabbit was born!
The series was named in memory of a special newsman, Walter Cronkite who died that week .
