Mei Xiang, Tian Tian, and their cub Xiao Qi Ji are headed to China. The National Zoo’s, America’s beloved pandas are being returned with no foreseeable date to visit the United States again. The only remaining giant pandas are in the Atlanta Zoo and they will be leaving for China in early 2024. The Pandas came to the United States in 1972.
